If you only read
Reading these pages identifies nobody. The site has no booking engine, no payment page and no accounts, which removes the greater part of what a notice of this kind ordinarily has to cover.
Two values may come to rest in your browser, legible only to this site:

Server records
The host records the requesting address, the page, the time, the browser string and the response code. These are held thirty days and are read when the site is broken or under attack. They are joined to nothing.
Correspondence
Email is kept while the matter is open and for twelve months afterwards, so that a later message can be matched to it. Telephone calls are not recorded. No part of it is transferred to anybody for marketing, by us or on our behalf.
Measurement and advertising
No tag of either kind is fetched by any page here. In the head of every page, ahead of all else, Consent Mode begins denied on all four counts. Should a tag ever be added, it will not fire until Allow has been chosen, and it stops at the moment that choice is reversed.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(a), consent, for the two stored answers. Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest for the server record, the interest being a site that works and is not broken into. Letters are held because you have asked us to do something.
Processors
Our hosting company and our mail provider, both within the European Economic Area. Neither receives more than carrying a request requires. Nothing is sold to anybody.
Rights, and the authority
Under the GDPR and the loi Informatique et Libertés you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and may object. Write to us first. Failing that, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés receives complaints.
Children
This site addresses adults. Nothing is knowingly collected from anybody under 18, There is a member of staff at the door of the only room with an age rule.
Changes
The review date at the head of this page moves when the page does. There being no list of subscribers, there is nothing to notify.
